Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the SpainBreaks apartment.
What happens if something is damaged during my stay?
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
If damage or excessive dirt is discovered, photographs may be taken and a claim may be submitted where appropriate.
If you accidentally damage something, please let us know as soon as possible.

🏠 Check-in & Check-out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM (16:00) on your arrival day.
Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM (11:00) on your departure day.
These times allow our housekeeping team enough time to prepare the apartment for the next guests.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra cost, depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedule.
If there are no guests departing immediately before your arrival, we may be able to offer an earlier check-in. Similarly, if there are no guests arriving immediately after your stay, you may be able to check out later.
Availability cannot be guaranteed until we have checked the schedule.
To check availability, please contact Robin via WhatsApp: +34 643 58 22 61.
How does self check-in work?
SpainBreaks uses a simple self check-in system, so you can arrive at your convenience after the check-in time.
A secure lockbox is located at the front door of the apartment. Inside you will find the key to the main entrance door and a tag for the pedestrian gate.
Your personal lockbox code and full check-in instructions will be sent to you one day before your arrival.
Please keep the key safe during your stay and return it to the lockbox when you check out.
Where can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
If you arrive before check-in or need somewhere to leave your luggage after check-out, please contact Vickie (housekeeping) via WhatsApp on +34 602 496170.
Alternatively, you can ask at the reception desk in the centre of the building about luggage storage options.
🚗 Parking & Transport
Where can I park near the apartment?
There is no private parking inside the complex for non-residents.
Free public parking is available on the nearby streets, particularly Calle Luis Vives (C. Luis Vives).
The parking area is approximately 3–4 minutes' walk from the apartment entrance.
When parking, look for the green-lined spaces shown in your arrival instructions, as these are generally the best option.
Please do not leave valuables visible inside your vehicle.
Is parking free near the apartment?
Yes. Free public street parking is available close to the apartment, particularly around C. Luis Vives.
Availability can vary depending on the time of day and season, so we recommend allowing a little extra time to find a space.
What are the local bus and taxi options?
The nearest main bus station and taxi rank are at Arroyo de la Miel train station, approximately 850 metres from the apartment.
For taxis, you can also use the Uber or Bolt apps, subject to local availability.
Google Maps is useful for finding nearby bus stops. Select a bus stop or station in Google Maps to see available routes, timetables and directions.
